Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Buyer pays return postage on the basis there is no manufacturing defect with the item(s). Must be shipped back to the manufacturer directly in Shenzhen, China.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-7 days.

Order Cancellations
At Corsa, we strive to provide fast and efficient service by fulfilling orders as soon as they are placed. This allows us to maintain globally competitive delivery times and ensure our customers receive their orders as quickly as possible.

Due to the high volume of orders we process daily, we are not liable to cancel orders once they have been created and entered our fulfilment process. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask all customers to carefully review their carts before completing their purchase to ensure everything is correct.

If you contact us requesting a cancellation before your order has been fulfilled, we will do our best to honour your request. However, we cannot guarantee this, as the order may already be in progress.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@corsawatch.com.

Refunds via PayPal are normally processed without delay.

Customs Information

Corsa is not liable for any customs charges, and we cannot process refunds for delays caused by customs. As we ship internationally, customs processing times may vary by country. While our shipments are correctly labelled and it's rare for customs to hold Corsa items, this is unfortunately beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this rare occurrence.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@corsawatch.com.

Warranty Policy:
Our 5-Year Warranty covers all mechanical components of your Corsa, including the hands, gyro element, quartz movement, bracelet/strap links, and buckles. This warranty ensures you receive a no-questions-asked replacement in the event of a manufacturer defect. Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, scratches on the sapphire glass, general wear and tear, or battery replacements. For any claims, simply contact our support team at support@corsawatch.com. with your order number, and we’ll ensure a swift resolution.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email support@corsawatch.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
